We usually tell people that galera is a young post-production and visual effects studio, that blends tech-savvy people with creative and skilled artists in order to create a solid work team, but there is much more to it than that.
Yes, we are definitely interested in technologies, especially those that enable us to take our work to a richer stage and a broader audience. And yes, we do like to immerse ourselves in the creative process of delineating attractive and compelling products. But what really drives us is the challenge of being able to transmute an idea into a concrete piece of work.

We enjoy mixing techniques. We love working with models, 3D or compositing layer effects. However, we are convinced that no matter how good the tools may be, there must be a continuous aesthetic search in order to grow professionally as well as artistically. We accomplish this not only by experimenting by ourselves but also by learning from those who have walked this path before us. We also believe that this can be achieved while having some fun in the meantime.

We also tell people that we are based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, which makes us a competitive provider for clients and friends located all around the globe.
